"Decent styles, but stock and follow-up were frustrating"
I checked out retailtherapysd.com the selection was okay. They had a few cute pieces, but a couple of things I actually wanted were either sold out or just not available. I was expecting a little more variety. I also tried following up to see if anything would be restocked, but I never heard back, which was kind of annoying. It’s fine if you’re just browsing, but if you’re looking for something specific, it feels hit or miss.

"Return process took longer than expected"
I ordered this a few weeks ago and ended up needing to return it soon after it arrived. I figured it would be a simple process, but it got confusing fast. Over the next several days, I was trying to get an exchange sorted out and never really felt like I was getting clear answers. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but by the time it was finally handled, I was frustrated. After going through that, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"I thought it was pricey..."
I thought it was pricey for what you actually get. Everything was just kind of average, so it feels avoidable unless you really have no other options.

"Frustrating customer service experience"
The customer service here was really disappointing. I felt like I got stuck dealing with automated systems instead of an actual person, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. By the time I finally got anywhere, I was already fed up
